Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of the original purchase date. This applies to:
- Pro Monthly subscriptions (first payment only)
- Pro Annual subscriptions
- Lifetime purchases
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@mergescope.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Your Paddle order ID (found in your purchase receipt).
We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
3. Subscription Renewals
Refunds are not available for subscription renewal charges if the request is made more than 30 days after the renewal date. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date via your account settings or by emailing us.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund if:
- The 30-day window has passed.
- There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated purchase and refund cycles).
- Your account has been suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
5. EU / UK Consumer Rights
If you are based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law. In particular, EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
